Keylee Koop: actor turned filmmaker turned activist
Keylee is a small town girl from a trailer park in Texas, now living and creating in East Hollywood, California. She is on a mission to create projects and conversations that include, not divide: whether it’s about women’s sexual education, or watermelon.
Keylee has performed at the Kennedy Center, told personal stories across stages in LA, including the Moth Grand Slam, recently won the SheKnows media pitch contest for her autobiographical short film exploring the humor and taboos of female sexuality, and she has been featured in many commercials and independent projects. Most recently, she was featured on Comedy Central's show, Troy Walker Ruins Dinner. She has her B.F.A. in acting from Texas State University, is an advanced improv student at the Upright Citizens Brigade, and is passionate about personal projects creating dialogue about universal topics. Her original web series, TALK, created with writing partner and husband Micah Sudduth, was HelloGiggle's first featured scripted content. Together, they are currently in post production for their largest project to date- an episodic series HOME, to be released through their production company, BOB BILLIAMS PRODUCTIONS in Summer 2017.
